If you cancel your enrolment within 10 weeks of the course start date, you will not be eligible for a
refund.

A 10% administrative charge will be deducted from the total course fee for all cancellations.

In the event that government-imposed travel restrictions hinder your ability to attend the course due
to a pandemic, you will be offered a credit towards a future course date instead of a refund.

Course fees cover the cost of instruction, course materials, lunch, refreshments, and
certificates. Accommodation, personal insurance, and evening meals are not included in the course fee.
